Complaint Policy

     The journal handles complaints about editorial processes, peer review, publication ethics, or content integrity promptly and fairly. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the editor (editor.iahs@gmail.com)or (editor.iahs@lcmd.edu.pk), including evidence and details. The editor investigates, involving the editorial board if needed; for serious issues (e.g., misconduct), an independent third party may be consulted. Resolutions include corrections, retractions, or apologies if warranted; complainants are informed of outcomes. Appeals of decisions are allowed once, reviewed by a different editor; confidentiality is maintained unless legal requirements apply. This aligns with ICMJE guidelines on addressing ethical concerns transparently.
