Unani medicine, rooted in Greco-Arabic traditions, offers a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on the balance of bodily humors and natural medications from plants, minerals, and animals. Unani medicine's holistic perspective emphasizes comprehensive care by addressing the root causes of diseases, particularly in chronic conditions like cancer and neurological disorders. The system's emphasis on Mizaj, preventive measures, and health promotion reflects its relevance in contemporary healthcare. Integrating traditional knowledge with modern scientific validation, Unani medicine offers valuable insights into alternative approaches to health management.This review article explores the management of migraine and arthritis using Unani medicine, drawing insights from various case reports. The objective is to evaluate the efficacy of Unani treatments in providing relief and improving the quality of life for patients suffering from these conditions. The review analyzes multiple case reports detailing the use of specific Unani formulations and therapies.
Key findings indicate that Unani medicine, with its holistic approach and reliance on natural medications, has shown promising results in managing both migraine and arthritis.
